Damn, Gina. That is wrong. And not in a funny way. Just wrong, period.
Okay, I love funny-yet-WRONG shit as much as the next person, but dammit, I do have a heart. I would never crack sick jokes about someone with such a horrible problem. Especially a child.
This is a really disturbing post. Not really because of the story the link takes you to. It's a girl with a huge tumor on her face. That is not funny. It's hard to look at, but I find it interesting only because I find all the weird stuff that can go wrong with humans interesting. It's the same morbid fascination that leads me to watch all those late night Discovery channel shows about conjoined twins and stuff. Am I making any sense? I'm never like, "oh, cool, check out the freak!" I like hearing about things like this because they are so unbelievable, yet really do happen, and I like seeing why, exactly, they do happen, and how we use technology to help these people.
I would NEVER in a million years even consider making some of the comments people left on that post. I'm pretty twisted, but jesus. I do have a heart. I feel sorry for people like that poor girl, because they had no choice in the matter.
That said, here's a link to a post in a community I just stumbled upon. At first I was like, "cool, sick jokes, I'm down with that." But seeing the kind of fucktards who are in there, I'll never join now.
The picture is pretty grotesque, just a warning for the squeamish. And some of the comments are HORRIBLE.
