Liam's mom also made "Christmas coffee," which was coffee, poured into a huge wine glass, with equal amounts of heavy cream... it separated into layers, ha ha. I felt like I was drinking liquid sugar... couldn't manage even a fourth of it, ha ha. Dunno if that is an English thing, though.
Southern food always seems sort of weird to non-southerners... I call it Trashy Cuisine. ;) We went to a Brazilian restaurant on X-mas day, and they had pinto beans on the buffet!!! I was in heaven. Everyone else thought I was crazy. They tasted JUST like home! :D
