Today in my favorite adult class, one of the students was telling us about her new condominium. I told the class that most people just say "condo," then wrote it on the board... much giggling ensued. Reiko (Caroline's Japanese mama) absolutely went OUT. So I laughed too, and said, "Now, be sure not to add an M to the end of that." Well, that was it. Ten Japanese senior citizens nearly had a heart attack from laughing. They totally crack my shit up.

I gots paid today, bitches! It's not all that much, since I had to borrow so much last month, but hey, I can buy FOOD! Ha ha.

I just picked out kanji for my name so I can get a bank account. (You have to have a stamp made with your name in Kanji to put your seal on the papers.) Written the way I chose, Tara translates to "a lot of fun." Ha ha! If it could have included kana, then I could have made it say "Enjoys the evening," which would have been PERFECT, but oh well. I'm not ashamed to be a lot of fun in Japanese. :D

Liam comes to visit me in less than two weeks. :) I only wish I had more money so we could do more stuff. it's hard to get used to budgeting for the whole month. But hey, I can do my taxes soon... refund, oh yeah! I worked my ass off at the Catoes last year, so my refund should be pretty nice. Then maybe I can make my bill collectors stop sending me death threats. :P

Well, off to buy a kotatsu set. I gots money!!!!!!

I love it when Bjork flips out. I don't blame her a bit. Didn't you people learn anything years back when she beat the shit out of that other photographer?

Damn, I loves me some Bjork! She's the only female I can think of who is currently making music that is actually interesting. Seriously. I've been sitting here wracking my brain, and I can't think of anyone else. Even Tori Amos has gotten stale in recent years. But Bjork still kicks ass and takes names.

Also, I think I scared some of the kiddie students today in the parking lot. I was in the car, getting ready to get out, when Forty-Six and Two by Tool came on. I was so excited I immediately went into Beavis and Butthead mode, acting like a total jackass in the car, going, "YES! THIS ROCKS! IT ROCKS! IT ROCKS! heh heh heh mmmmnnheh!!" ha ha. It was like vitamin C to a scurvy victim. Damn, I miss my music...
