(no subject)

Four weeks left of my stay in England. Although it has not turned out like I'd thought, I guess I'm not regretful of coming here. I've been able to visit places and see things I never thought I'd see. I guess I should try to make it into London maybe twice more before I leave, and I still HAVE to go to Stonehenge. Hope I can afford to do all that. The lack of money is getting me down more than anything... I can't even really keep myself amused any more, because I can't afford to do ANYTHING. It sucks. But no more whining.

There was a sale at HMV on DVDs, so I got Batman Begins for Mark, and Fame for Sophie, for Christmas. I really couldn't *afford* it, but you can't just not get a kid a Christmas gift, you know?
